Throughout
the second half of the 20th century the demands of facades‘ stability,
especially with regard to their weather resistance, have increased
dramatically. A large number of older facades (e.g. brick faces with
black steel anchors) with poorly weather-proofed bracing are potentially
at risk of collapse.
Increased demands of the heat insulation of
facades and changing desires in architectural design have likewise lead
to the development of many new facade structures, partially generating
lofty demands of the work being done. The necessary production quality
is not always achieved, in turn jeopardising the stability of the
facades.
Our years of experience in developing facades, as well as
our appraisal of existing facades, give us the state-of-the-art ability
to assess the stability and traffic safety of existing facades.
